Registration fees cover:

Full registration: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks, ECMI welcome reception, gala dinner, Wroclaw sightseeing tour.
Student registration: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks, ECMI welcome reception, gala dinner. The limit of student participation type of registration has been reached. If you are a Student and your talk has been already accepted but you haven't registered yet, please contact us via e-mail: ecmi2023@pwr.edu.pl for further information.
Industry Day (Thursday) Pass: conference attendance, lunch, coffee breaks and gala dinner on Thursday, information material, proceedings, e-book.

Fee for accompanying person: 120 EUR, including ECMI welcome reception, gala dinner and sightseeing tour.

Please note that registration fees only allow one scientific paper presentation per participant.

Anyone whose home institution is an Institutional member of ECMI qualifies for the ECMI Member registration.

The total number of participants is limited to 350.

As a supportive measure that may help academics from Ukraine participate in the ECMI conference in Poland, ECMI offers them conference fee waivers (the total sum: 3000 EUR).
